Oh my gosh Ive been playing that game since 2007 when I got my first iPhone! it is amazing you guys updated the resolution and 64 bit support! thank you so much
What a suprise and an awesome little iPhone game this is turning out to be, in fact it's not little as there are many stages to play.
It's definately an iPhone 'must have' and essential purchase, offering something unique with amazing physics, handling, stratergy, requiring sharp co-ordination and skill handling and an element of fun. It also keeps you coming back for more.
This is one of those rare iPhone games that you should not be without, if this doesn't please you then nothing will however if your not sure at first don't worry stick with it as you'll start to like it more and more the more you become familiar with the handling and what's required.
This game is essentially a cross between GripShift and Trackmania, only not as good as either. You see, the concept itself is pretty sound; you control a car which has a jet engine which means it can fly for a short period of time using the boost button and the tilt of the iPhone.
However, the level design is what lets the game down. You will often need 2-3 attempts to navigate a single jump as it's not always easy to tell how big, or at what angle based on the current platform, that the jump actually is. Add to this the fact you are only allowed 10 retries per level to get the bronze award each time and you'll quickly realise this game isn't for you if you are either a) easily frustrated or b) not a fan of trial and error games.
In summary: Concept good, execution poor. Two stars.
