What's New in Version 1.3.1
"Great idea, very poorly executed"
"Order from anywhere in London" is the bold and brilliant advertisement from the all's creators.
So far, I have tried ordering delivery to London Bridge, Waterloo, Peckham, Shoreditch, Hackney, Islington and Walthamstow. Islington was the only area supported but impossible to get a delivery there.
This app is clearly a great idea but also a textbook example of how not to launch an app - underfunded, unable to do what is promised (all of London) and poor technical infrastructure (you can only log in via Facebook).
The rollout strategy is also misguided. Launching in a few boroughs only would be acceptable if the app makers didn't lie about it but why rollout in West London and North London? The clear market For this app are the younger people living in Hackney, Shoreditch, Dalston, Peckham etc.
I imagine the team have launched early in order to generate interest and win investment. Good luck but I would think that the idea behind this app needs to be redeveloped and launched by a different company with some resources behind them.
These guys are good!!
Forget next day delivery, this is within the next hour delivery! If the shop is open and the item is in stock, you'll have it at your door within an hour - great for when I forget to pick something up or if I want a takeaway from somewhere that doesn't deliver themselves. This app has become a necessity in my life.
First annoying part is the fact that you HAVE GOT to have Facebook otherwise you won't be able to log in.. People with no Facebook exist so please provide other options like emails, some of us do not have "social network" accounts.
Second part after I logged with a friend's account.. "Do not deliver to you postcode", so can you please write down in the description which parts of London you deliver to..
It seems like a really nice idea i hope you improve these withdraws.
