JobSnaps provides a simple, flexible and efficient tool to take, date time stamp, organize, annotate and markup project site photos and then create PDF photo reports that can be easily and quickly distributed to the project team.

With thousands of user and projects, JobSnaps is used to report on site inspections, perform surveys and quality audits, track job progress, manage project risk and record as built details.

JobSnaps is easy to use and suitable for a range of building, construction, architectural, safety, project management, facilities maintenance and infrastructure inspection, survey, auditing and reporting applications.

This includes construction quality management (defects, snagging, punch lists, incomplete work), site audits, safety inspections, site progress reporting, site diary, as built documentation, condition assessments and project management.

Each photo in JobSnaps can be automatically stamped with the time and date and you also have the option of adding additional information including a title, description, responsible, due date, comments, tags and photo sketch markups.

Using the report building tool you can quickly produce detailed PDF photo reports that can be immediately emailed from the project site, shared using a web link or exported to other systems such as Word and Excel. Using #tag, description, responsible and folder filtering you can specify which photos are included in your reports. You can also include your company logo, a cover sheet, notes page, attachment documents and a location overview to reports.

Photos are managed in projects and folders with no limit on the number of projects and the folders within each project. You can take a new photo, select multiple photos from your library, take a map snap shot to show the current location or snap shot reference documents including plans, drawings, specifications and other site documents such as dockets and receipts.

Markup tools are provided to add sketches, dimensions, text, symbols, sub photos, document references and map locations to your photos (snaps).

You can keep the entire project team up to date by syncing projects and folders using the JobSnaps cloud service. This provides multiple user and multiple company access across devices with full control over user access rights to individual projects and folders.

JobSnaps works when and where you do with local device storage and off-line access for those work areas with no or limited network coverage.

Email to support bounce back and website doesn’t exist.
The app is good but a few niggles and crashes when connected to Wi-fi when loading photos.
No one to contact about which is a shame.
Previous reviews don’t get loaded either so I doubt anyone will see this one.
Shame because it’s a good app.

This is by far the best app we have used on site for project reporting. We have used the app for two jobs so far and found it very user friendly and provides the ability to create detailed picture reports/ defect lists showing times and locations which you can issue as a PDF.
