What's New in Version 2.6.1
Superb app which has 2 videos one giving an overview of the program and the other demonstrating all the many exercises available. It's best to view the videos before trying the workouts.
Don't be put off by the title, during the overview it's suggested to follow 3 lots of 7 minutes to give a total hard workout of about 20 minutes.
So overall a superb fitness program and it's free!
Good but you have to be fit already
This is a great little app but the workouts are pretty tough if, like me, you do not have a great deal of upper body strength. It throws you straight in with a variety of push-up style exercises (mixed in with others) and does not provide a 'beginners push-up' option (e.g. From the knees rather than the feet). That being said, it still provides good structure to a home workout, even if I do end up modifying some of the exercises to suit my strength.
Good app especially if your just getting back into exercise, it does throw you in the deep end a little with some exercises like press ups but you can substitute it for a kneeling press ups to start with.
Good if you don't have much time like me because of children or work.
Definitely worth a go and it's free.
