Don’t purchase in app items
Game to play is amazing. Customer service however not so great. Long reply’s. Also every purchase I try to make they have payment for but I never receive the items so have to contact the support team each tine providing proof each time. Rather than actually solve the issue they ask me to continue doing this. But there are some members of that team who accuse you of lying, Amd still not receive the items. My advice would be. Never purchase anything and don’t try to contact the support because they do nothing!!
Great game
Fantastic game can't really fault it been playing for about 2/3years now. However I've noticed this ploy where you’re only offered the extra 5 moves when it’s clearly evident 5 moves isn’t enough to complete the game in comparison to when there’s a chance that 5 moves could very well allow you to move on to the next level the ad never shows up! If you’re not smart you’d spend your time watching ads for no reason. NOT COOL juice jam! NOT COOL!

Frustrated!
I have been playing this game for a very long time and have always found it therapeutic…. That is up until recently. I am on level 2235 … in fact have been on level 2235 for days now! Whilst it good that it’s challenging that’s what it should be, but the games are becoming not so much challenging as frustrating. This level in particular feels like an impossibility! I don’t even get close and I must have attempted it near on a hundred times. It’s getting to the point where I will give up on this game completely and find something that I can enjoy again. The further on you go the harder it becomes with less and less bonuses to help you out. A while ago I would have given 5 stars at this point I will give 1.
