AMAZING

Like many other people I was sceptical about whether or not this was another one of those we can fix the whole entire internet scamming world but with a lot of trepidation I accepted the 7 day free trial and for the first hour I was amazes by just how much you are being surveillance it’s absolutely ridiculous now I no why when I’m thinking about something to buy on the internet that when I start looking the things I was thinking about buying where on sale this is a big eye opener and I think everyone should at least try this and make ur own mind up 7 days will make u think a lot how much ur privacy is being used agains your self for the big companies who target you through this sort of tracking jumbo is preventing I think is a great app and am happy so far we’ll done

Great idea - app needs to do more

Love the idea, and I “think” Jumbo is doing some fantastic stuff in the background but it’s just far too basic in the current form. For a subscription, I’d expect a nice dashboard and some detailed analysis about what has been checked, what was found, what’s changed etc. Not too keen on the vault, I already have another App for MFA and now Jumbo has put some accounts in it, whilst others are managed in another MFA app. I’ve now manually moved to my preferred app for this. The vault has also deleted and eaten my old Tweets. On reflection, I want to keep my Tweets somewhere but not in the Jumbo vault...I have places to store these things already. Problem is, I can’t get anything back out the vault, or at least it’s not very intuitive. Personally, I don’t need another MFA and Vault app and Jumbo has made my digital life more complicated in that regard, because other apps do those things better. I hope Jumbo continues to improve on the Privacy protection side, I really like what it’s trying to do here, although some similar functionally is lined up for IOS14. Based on that, I can’t justify a subscription at this time.

Good news: In the next week or so we're rolling out our Vault Exportation tool where you can move things to Dropbox initially as we expand the exportation options. The Best Customer Service Experience I Ever Had

This is by far the best customer experience I ever had till date. Jumbo Privacy’s customer service team is not only prompt and cooperative when it comes to aiding customers, but they have an excellent team which is really dedicated and would even go out of the way in order to help and serve customers better. I had a recent interaction with one of their customer service executives named anya after which I was not only amazed but also felt delighted that I’ve put my trust in the right place. I would like to extend my gratitude and wishes to the whole jumbo team, you guys are going a really really great job, keep up the amazing work🙌🏻✨💯
