Absolutely love this app...it has a free session for you to try it out! and you can set up reminders for how many times day you want to do the exercises...the exercises themselves are quick and simple that uses a timer so you know exactly what to do an when. It also give you a description of how to... I've been using it for about awk now twice a day and each session is different so it doesn't get boring, as for the benefits only time will really tell but up to I am feeling a difference and would recommend this app to anyone, to at least give it ago.

There's no way I'd have kept up pelvic floor exercises without this app and the reminders. Previously any time spent attempting these has been random and sporadic to say the least! But I got the fear and gave it a go and I have to say- can already feel results two weeks in!

It works!!! 👍💪


I have been using this app just over 2 weeks now and it has definitely started to help my pelvic floor muscles stay strong. I do Zumba twice a week and this app is definitely helping me to stay dry! 😄
