The best way to dial numbers on OS X!

Keypad, formerly Continuity Keypad, allows you to dial phone numbers on your Mac, and place the call via your iPhone utilizing the FaceTime App in Yosemite. With Keypad, you can either manually enter a number to dial, or search your contacts with just a keystroke. Additionally, Keypad has a Notification Center widget, which allows you to dial numbers from anywhere in OS X.

No help at all

Does not allow you enter a conference call, or work through a menu…you can hear the tone but it s doesn’t register. Really frustating . Useless app as it adds nothing to the very limited FaceTime

Great app, but...

Yesssss this is the ONE!!!!

Keypad is a great app and well worth the money. It lets you make calls on your mac through the facetime app. The app lets you call numbers or contacts. Along with this is a notification widget which is great for quick access.

However there are a few things that I feel would make this app more plesent to use and make it a better expeience, as well as making it more useful;
1. Please allow is to search contacts through the notifications widget, this would allow for faster use.
2. Please make us a menu bar icon; in which can make the keypad appear or let us search contacts from a drop down, doing this will make the app much more/easily accessible. Aswell as giving us the option to remove the dock Icon; this would make using the app more seemless and would give us more space (please make sure the menu bar comes with a dark mode).

These are the only suggestions I have and when/if addressed I will then give this a 5 stars.

Great to initiate calls, facetime then handles in call dialling

Simple little app that you can use to initiate calls either by dialling directly, copy/pasting numbers, or instant searching your contacts.

Once a call is initiated, the call is then dialed using the facetime app. Once the facetime app is in focus, all in call dialling (interactive phone menus etc) is handled by typing the numbers on your keyboard (you wont hear the key tones when you press numbers). Just tried it and it works great!
