You need to have in place a system to stop backers who are clearly affiliated taking over all warnings that things ain't right!? I proved facts that SuperCalla is an existing product and not as claimed by its “creator” his own invention but it was to late I suppose as you gave funds to him for your ten percent.
CableCutz is a licensed UK seller of that product with CE numbers etc,it was invented by Chen Qian. 40,000 got punked!! Anyway...

The app needs to be more like the website
Otherwise it seems ok no crashing issue etc!
Nice for the real original inventors which I’ll appreciate more after this rebrand scam+trolls!
5400+ posts from two backers is purely to put mileage from comments that ask good questions of them,with advice like “don’t scroll through comments as no information is there!”or “blasting ppl off the wall” own words. It’s a fanboy chat room and a real creator would of removed such backers which shows me they’re most likely connected/affiliated by blood or whatever...
If I see the likes of it again I’ll stop using you & that’s a shame for would be creators to come!

Works fine for general backing and keeping up to date on projects, but still room for improvement.

1) Additional project status filters; there is only ‘backed’ and ‘saved’. It would be great if there was a third option for all those projects marked as received, therefore having separate ‘active’ and ‘closed’ lists. I have enough active, long term projects that it is frustrating trying to find that one ongoing project down the list amongst many others that have been delivered and closed out.

2) Being taken out of the app and having to log into the browser version to follow a creator or up and coming project; surely this can be catered for directly in the app? This gets even more frustrating when you’ve turned on two-factor authentication.

Crowdfunding is definitely where it’s at - so many great ideas and products to invest in, and the KS app has a clean, simple layout, making it easy to keep track of campaigns you are interested in during their active funding phase, as well as updates from those campaigns you have already pledged to. The only real downside is that it can swiftly become addictive, and (potentially) very expensive. I’ve backed a good many products over the past two years, and only had one that failed to deliver - I guess that’s a downside too, but it was due to the individual campaign runner, and therefore out of the control of the app developers. Anyway, 100% LOVE this app!
