An updated take on the classic ball and paddle computer game genre popularised by Breakout and Arkanoid.
Touch the screen to launch the ball (or temporary bullet ball), and tilt the playing device to move the paddle.
Over 80 levels that progress in difficulty and content, requiring both fast reflexes and forethought to successfully complete.

Features the elements you’d expect from this style of game:
- Accurate collision detection
- Special effect bricks

Plus the following innovations:
- The game is in 3D - which is used as a gameplay element. The 3D elements are activated and adjusted when they are hit by a ball (first occurs at level 21)
- An initial puck trajectory, displayed when launching a ball, enables the player to determine the best position from where to start the new ball
- Bullet pucks – a temporary ball that can be fired by touching the screen: an initial launch trajectory is displayed to help the player to decide when to fire. (first occurrence level 41)
- Obscuration features – when destroyed, some bricks temporarily obscure the players view of the playing area.

Warning - The game features graphical effects that flash the screen. Do not play if you suffer an adverse reaction to such events.

Ratings and Reviews

To begin with I thought the graphics seemed a bit old school, but I got playing it and I have to say I'm really impressed with this. So much inventiveness it seems like every level brings something else to the table. I like this kind of game and at this price it is astonishing value - for that reason alone I thought it deserved a review.

It's definitely on the challenging side as you progress, but that's refreshing in itself these days, at the moment though I'll admit to sometimes getting frustrated with the higher levels. In all I'm pretty impressed, taking an old standard and being inventive with it. I sort of wish that most games would take a leaf out of the imagination on display here.

I finished this, and for 69p this is incredible value. It has old school graphics but real playability, like breakout but with awesome imagination. The later levels are a real challenge but great fun. Because of the sheer value this is 5 star IMO.

Bit frustrating but stick with it

Nicely old school bricks game with quite a few twists thrown in every few levels, which once you crack, make you want to see what's coming up next. Got a real nice retro vibe about it.
