Ratings and Reviews
Essential bit of kit!
This app does several really obvious but hugely important things; prepares you for the op you've decided to have, takes you through what will happen and then gives you assistance afterwards. It's clear, concise and very handy to have as back-up and reiteration of all that information coming at you during the process. Operations are always easier to manage as a patient when you know what's going on and you are able to do what you're advised in order to recover properly. This app has the exercises in a handy format and can be instantly referred to anywhere if you need to. It's easy to understand too and the personalisation of details makes you feel part of the whole thing. Brilliant!
Knee Injury App
This is a great app. I should know as I edited it. The knee arthroscopy app is designed to answer the following problems patients experience following a knee injury:
1. I cannot remember who my doctor is? I wish I could because he has done a great job advising me on my knee injury.
2. I need my doctors contact telephone number as my knee is playing up.
3. My wife asked me what the doctor said I had done to my knee after I saw him about my MRI scan but I have totally forgotten what I was told.
4. What should I be doing to prepare for the knee op I have decided to have?
5. When I am going into hospital what should I take with me?
6. When I leave hospital what should I take home for a quick recovery?
7. I have lost the exercise demonstrator sheet the Physio. gave me. What should I do to get the same illustrated exercises?
8. What are the insurance details I need for my doctor's secretary and the hospital?
There is much more advice and diagrams to keep you informed and safe in this App after knee injury as well as a contact email for feed back so that we can improve the App continuously.
Doctor recommended app
I was recommended this app when I went to see my doctor about my knee. He gave me the diagnosis to put into the app so I could then tell my family what he had diagnosed and recommended for treatment.
It even has the exercises to do to rehab my knee.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
