KRFT is a new approach to music production and composition. Designed from the ground up with a focus on live experimentation and expressive interactions, KRFT will help inspire you to make music that would normally be out of reach.
KRFT lets you build modular musical surfaces that can be controlled and interpreted on the fly. Recorded loops, custom samples, dials and more can all be controlled by one unified interface allowing for dynamic compositions. This structure lends itself to live play, each performance being unique and instinctive.
Freed from the conventions of standard keyboards – and from dull, regimented grid pads – there’s room for expression and dynamism, continually reinterpreting your track. This workflow allows you create dynamic compositions that would be difficult to create in other music software.

Make your own rules! Want to build a song? Add loops and groups to build a structure. Add drum fills, live effects and filters. Now get jamming!
POWERFUL SOUND ENGINE
A highly optimised and high quality custom sound engine is at the core of KRFT. Choose from 55 Bass presets, 50 Lead Presets, 14 Drum Kits & over 50 Sound Effects to make your creations. Go deeper and tweak filters, effects and more to make the sound your own.
AUDIO BUS, ABLETON LINK & SAMPLE IMPORT
Use KRFT as a source with Inter-App Audio & Audio Bus 2/3. Import your own samples and export your recordings from within the app to others. Connect up with other devices and apps using Ableton Link.
NON-LINEAR COMPOSITION
Rather than writing a song from start to finish, KRFT lets you play and re-interpret your composition, giving you the opportunity to experiment and add flair in real time.
PLAY, CREATE, SHARE
Play with other users Surfaces on the KRFT network to get inspiration or share your own and let other users remix your own tracks. Also, share privately and open your Surfaces on multiple devices.

** All aboard the Audio Bus to the new KRFT Network **
- Check out the KRFT Network tab! You can now share your Surfaces and play on other users. Also, share privately and open your Surfaces on multiple devices.
- Use KRFT with Audio Bus 2 & 3 and control other apps using the Audio Bus control bar from within KRFT.
- Added the ability to scroll horizontally on iPhone.

I've only been playing around with this for a day but I've already started creating the most interesting compositions I've made for a long time. It really puts you into a different frame of mind and is great fun to experiment with. The synth engine is actually very good sounding although I have not found a way to save my own presets? I'm sure this will come and I'm excited for future developments of this app. The developers are very talented.

Absolutely worth the £10 I spent on it. It is an amazing music app. Of course I have no doubt that you could make better music with a computer and professional software but considering it's on the phone and it cost as much as it does with no in app purchases no ads I think that the devs managed to make one of the best music apps ever. FULL STOP.
A different way to make music
I've been waiting for these guys to release this app for ages! It's been a long time coming but it's been worth it. I was a fan of their NOIZ app but a little frustrated with it's limitations. I'm glad they've listened to the community and made this pro version. A must have app!
