A must for people who care about where they live
I have used this app on many occasions when I am walking my dog and see fly tips or dog mess I want cleared up, and it is so easy to use. I probably wouldn't have remembered to pick up the phone when I get in so thanks.
No longer works.
After an app update which introduced business names onto the map (a large percentage of them completely wrong) there is no longer any categories to select after adding the photo. So unable to report a single problem now. Not sure the benefit of adding business names to the map, but incorrect data is simply just a waste of data bandwidth. No support by phone.
Needs a lot of work
Love clean streets yet you can't report a street that needs cleaning... Seriously??
If you report any vehicle related offences and input all the request information via the app you then get an email from the LA stating that the report is only valid if you input additional information which the app doesn't actually ask for Rending the report you've just made a waste of time
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
