Mental maths 6-7
My daughter really loves this app, the fact that the questions are read to her makes this app stand out from the rest. She loves the dog that is on hand to help, and the praise she gets when she finishes a section is really good. I am so pleased that we have this app, it has made maths fun and engaging for her.
Looks good but doesn't work
I bought this app to play with my daughter, and try and engage her in a fun way of learning some maths. The sound doesn't work on my iPad. The keys stick when trying to enter data values. So
an attempt to have a fun maths experience was completely disrupted by an unusable app.
UPDATED : very prompt reply from support team, and have to admit the sound problem was entirely my fault. Have been assured that the sticking keys will be repaired in the next update.
Fabulous
My son loves this app (and our treats for him getting 20 out of 20...), he's slipping behind at school in maths so it's wonderful, even after a few days, to see him learning subtle maths concepts and retaining the information:).
