Welcome to the new iOS application by (Lexus Middle East and North Africa).
Over the next few minutes, I’ll be taking you on a guided tour of this new service especially designed to assist communication, between car owners and the dealer customer service.
We are sure that (Lexus) and (Apple iPhone) (Apple iPad) owners will love this free application, which includes an eCatalog illustrating our new products, a directory of dealer location for sales and service details, a Smart Service Request facility and much more such as news and valuable local promotions.
Now, let’s take a closer look.
The eCatalog provides a 24/7 access to potential buyers when considering new cars, or car accessories. You can select the model of your choice, and navigate through the gallery to view images of our latest product line. You can save or email an image of your favourite car.
Under eCatalog, you can retrieve details of a specific model, obtain facts and figures or configure the vehicle, select wheel and colour choice, and take a 360 view of your selected vehicle.
Or even request a test drive with your local dealer.
This application has the ability to detect the location of the device; therefore, you can initiate a call to the defined phone number of the showroom in your current country. Or you can deselect Auto detect and choose a specific country.
An additional useful feature is a service reminder where you can set a date for your vehicle’s service which automatically notifies you at the requested interval.
In our directory listing you can select with location details, that are powered by Google maps which will display all the showrooms address details, and its location, in map, satellite, or hybrid mode.
You can also view the sales or service staff at each location and add their contact information on to your smartphone if needed.
You can also enter your personal details, like name, email and mobile which your device will automatically apply when you are booking a service for your vehicle, or contacting your local dealer.
In addition, your car registration details such as model, year, and license plate details can be entered, and saved for future communications.
Smart Service Request
Lexus Smart Service Request makes it easy to book a service appointment. The device provides a pre-defined request form to your preferred service location, including a friendly navigation selection, to the type of service requested and your preferred date and time.
You may also take a photo of your car, for example: if you want to point a service staff to a specific problem, error or area of damage. The picture will be included in the email body of the phone.
Owner and car details will be aligned to the device settings and you have the flexibility, to select which car would be sent for service, if you have more than one vehicle registered.
We also include a choice of phone, a car GPS location, and email request for simple SOS emergency request through this mobile application, which will be sent to the MENA Assist Contact Centre in your respective area.
Your opinion matters, you can provide valuable feedback about your specific sales and service experience by responding to a selection of easy to answer multiple choice questions.
News and Promotions
Last but not least, we have a news and promotions feature, which provides you with up-to-date Lexus news which you can share with friends, and your local dealer promotions, events and activities.
The (Lexus Middle East and North Africa) application is designed for the (Apple iPhone and iPad), to take full capability of the GPS, WIFI or 3G communication, camera, email and GSM phone for communication.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
