What's New in Version 1.1
Now compatible with iOS 7
Takes a while for the scenes to download but while I was waiting I played the game online. Makes you feel like you are there in the situation and it requires you to make fast decisions in order to save a life. Felt so real that I actually felt myself get emotional at the end when they were safe! Would be good if everyone could download this app so more people know what to do in an emergency situation.
Great app but wont load all scenarios
Such a great app, as a student midwife it allows me to practice life support skills under pressure. The chest compressions are difficult to get at the correct rate on an iphone but it definitely works well enough to get the idea of it. It would be nice if more than 2 scenarios would load. It would also be great to see more being added in the future to really practice a range of life support skills in other situations.
As a qualified first aid trainer/assessor for one of Britain's Voluntary Aid Societies, I understand the importance of high quality first aid training.
Whilst nothing will beat hands on classroom learning and supervision, this app is simply brilliant. With professional, immersive and realistic story lines the Resus council has simply outdone themselves.
I urge anyone reading this review to tap the download button and have a go. It may help you save a life.
