Cameras can easily be selected via a Map interface, or a sortable list (sorted by nearest to current location or by ascending/descending) and can be added to your "Favourites" list for quick access later.
Unlike similar apps, London JamCams allows you to define and save "Routes of cameras". Just define your route, add your jam cameras and immediately see the congestion along the whole route before you set off.

Permissions & Image Use:
Uses a licensed and officially syndicated feed from Transport for London (http://www.tfl.gov.uk/). As such if a camera is unavailable or not recently updated, it is out of the control of London JamCams. In general Camera Images are usually updated approximately every 3 minutes but times and availability may vary. NB All images are currently static.
Transport for London are working hard on improving the camera network. As new cameras become available, they will automatically be made available to London JamCams.
What's New in Version 4.0
• Increased the number of cameras to over 700 (previously 379) providing even greater coverage of the London area.
• Minor bugs fixes
• London 2012 special features now turned off by default. They can be turned back on via the Settings app
Great way to check traffic in London
I drive a black cab in London and there probably isn't a working day that goes by when I don't use this useful app. For certain routes (A40 into London approaching Marylebone Flyover, for example) it gives you the chance to choose your route based on how busy it is on cameras. Highly recommended if you do a lot of driving in London.
Superb App & great updates & no adverts!
Great coverage of the whole of London and up to date traffic info by the twitter feed. Still no better way to find out road conditions than by looking! Highly recommended.
No adverts too!
Lack of updates makes it not usuable
Good app and nice idea. Unfortunately 90% of cameras have outdated links and don't show anything.
The problem is on the app, as the cameras work on trafficdelays website.
This app is very user friendly, but pointless as you cant see the image from almost all cameras.
