Review update


Thanks for adding the new recipes. Even though I have the book is much easier to plan ahead and have it all in the app. The only negative point on the recipes is that they are set as lunch, snack etc which is great but I vary lunch and dinner recipes as I make a batch and sometimes I eat ‘dinner’ recipe at lunch and vice versa but I can’t record as such. Also, F I get a recipe wrong or change my snack, once I’ve added to my diary I can’t change or erase it and if I take a picture of my own concoction it doesn’t save it so I can’t see on the diary. The wisdom bits are better than it was before to remind me of the pillars so thanks for listening to my feedback. I’m still looking forward to link with other apps for a 5star rate though but it’s getting there :) I have already recommended around me and the feedback was the need for a video to workout as some of the peeps are very visual or are not as familiar with the exercises and they need a visual feedback on how to do it properly. Also the the need for another app for interval training to time the exercises. At the moment I have to write down the sequence or get the book open to exercise because o cannot have both the interval timer and the lean for life app running at the same time and it’s not practical when you are away to have to carry the book with you. Great app, brilliant companion to the book/plan


I bought Louise Parker's book and then discovered the app. Is a great companion to the book: you can log your daily meals and exercises, and you can also set your how's and have everything in one app. I think the price is great value as you also get the recipes in the book!

Really enjoying using this app. Some lovely recipes and do-able exercises. Time will tell whether I lose weight with it! Please consider adding recipes from Louise’s “Lean for life” cookery book and allowing this app to sync with MyFitnessPal, then I would rate it 5 stars
