Description
The App Magic Battery shows the battery level of supported input devices and headphones that are connected via Bluetooth in the menu bar. Internal batteries are also supported.
The following devices are supported:
Input devices:
• Apple Magic Mouse
• Apple Magic Mouse 2
• Apple Magic Trackpad 2
• Apple Wireless Keyboard
• Apple Wireless Trackpad
• Logitech mice like the MX3 Anywhere and Logitech Pebble
• Logitech keyboards (K series)
The app features:
• Modern GUI for displaying connected devices and their battery levels.
• Shows the percentage of the internal battery including how long the battery will last.
• Details about the internal battery.
• You can choose between a detailed, a compact or an icon-only view. In the detailed view, the battery level is shown next to the device icon. In the icon-only view, the battery levels are shown once the menu of the app is opened. The compact view shows all the information in a way that very little space is used.
• Apple Silicon support.
• Connected or disconnected devices are detected automatically. The view is then adjusted accordingly.
• Receive notifications when the battery level of a device is reaches 20%.
• Support for auto-start: The app is started as soon as the user is logged in (optional).

Very useful
Very useful app. Would love to see Wacom support added as Wacoms own one needs to be pressed to tell you how much battery is left. Wacom support would make this app even more useful than it already is.
elegant app
perfect little app, no more looking for battery status. Even better it picks up my MX mouse, should really be standard on a mac
Best of the bunch
Unfortunately, I’ve just bought 3 battery apps, only to delete 2. This is the best in my opinion of what’s currently in the App Store today - it provides %, colour bars and remaining time for the internal battery. The one thing preventing 5 stars is that it only populates for Apple devices i.e. it doesn’t pick up my Logitec MX Master mouse.

thank you for your review. I am currently working on a major update for one of my other apps, but after this update is released, I want to update the Magic Battery app to be more generally applicable. Because I only have Apple input devices, I need help to test other devices. Can you maybe send an email to support@sascha-simon.com so I can get back to you with more details?
