Great app, great support
I’ve just started using the master gas app on the base level and it was brilliant, I have since bumped up to the pro model and I’ve never done this on apps (bit of a technophobe). I initially had an issue with the account with it updating to the pro model (probably just me being impatient), so I sent a message over asking for assistance, in less than 5 mins I had a phone call and it all went through, very impressed with the speedy response.

Ok but clunky
Wanted to like this as it seemed to tick all the boxes. So much so I bought pro. Unfortunately the reality is not up to expectations.
The app is really clunky and job addresses don’t flow through to worksheets and invoices meaning you have to input things multiple times, very time consuming.
Worst thing for me is the way the. “Support” team just totally ignore requests for help. Can’t even be bothered with a proper email response. Absolutely disgraceful.
Won’t be renewing this and may look to get a refund
Shame really because this had great potential .
Maybe this review may get a response but I’m not holding my breath.
Update , still not had the much promised manual next date due for landlords certs. So still impossible to do a professional cert in advance.

We would like to address your comments,
1. "Addresses don't flow on to worksheets and invoices" - If you enter a customer in to the app and save them they can then be used throughout the app in ANY document. You select the (+) button along side the name field and it shows you a list of all saved customers tap on the customer name and ALL fields are magically filled out. You can also add multiple sites to a customer, perfect for Landlords.
2. We have several ways of contacting us, in app, website, phone, twitter and Facebook. Sometimes your own email provider can mark a response as spam, so even though we ALWAYS reply, your own mail provider may have blocked it. Feel free to call instead, I'm sure we can help.

We are a small business with only 2 engineers. One Gas and one Oil. It has made our working day a lot easier and made sharing information so much easier.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
