This gives me a variety of ideas of what tasty yet healthy meals to choose from and prepare. Whether you’re doing vegan or keto diet or you’re transitioning into a vegetarian, this app will greatly help you.

A handy companion at meal time!
As someone on the Keto diet, having access to a resource of low carb options when I’m cooking is a must, especially at dinner time, and this app certainly helps me choose a healthy option for me and my tastes.
This app also has great choices no matter if you’re vegan, vegetarian or gluten free!

Great for a new vegan!
Have been thinking about starting a vegan keto diet, maybe vegetarian if vegan is too difficult - really pleased to have found this cookbook app to help me get started! The meals on the app are healthy, tasty and low in calories, which is perfect.
