New starter!


I have recently started meditating with 10% Happier. Although I have only done a couple of weeks,
I'm already enjoying the go to- click and your there convenience of the App. I'm not in a place where I feel like joining a class and so 10% Happier is just right. Also, when I emailed support , they were fantastic and made me feel they were really interested in my own personal journey. Thank you.

1st meditation I’ve stuck with

Tarzan John

Tried meditating a few times but this is the first I’ve stuck with. Being able to just do 5 minutes or less here and there and knowing I’m doing it “right” makes it easy to fit in. The reminder has definitely promoted me to do a session when I’ve forgotten too.

Meditation is made clear


I have been meditating a few years and lost my way. This has made the essence of meditation simple and clear. Doable by just doing it straightaway. Some explanation is there but just enough. I have done the theory and that was in the way. This is good for beginners and those who’d lost their way because of theory or technique
