Great morning workout
I go through several exercises every morning for a great workout, that gets all the necessary cogs turning and ‘the little grey cells’ washed and ready for action.
You’d be surprised how much you’ve forgotten, and how easy it is to miscalculate and execute correctly even simple terms.
Amazed that this is still being updated!
This was one of the first apps I got for my first iPhone years ago. And it's just been updated. It's a great little app for a bit of quick mental arithmetic practice.
