Essential additions to ones busy demanding life

I have personally listened to hypnotic recordings/apps for many years and in particular Glenn Harrold. This group of mindfulness applications are particularly beneficial for balancing the stresses of the day. As a health practitioner I recommend them to patients where their anxiety is impacting their health and get very good feedback. Sometimes it takes a while for individuals to get used to a routine but I believe it's so worth persevering.

Since I have been using this app I have found it life changing, to have a long and short version is fantastic and so well thought out. I have had a lot of problems but now I am back enjoying life so much. My wife was on antidepressants but now after using the apps she leads a normal happy life and no longer takes any medication. Well done Glen.

Incredibly relaxing

I have just listened to this for the first time. It was amazing. I love the stream and the leaf idea and found it took me through many emotions, good, bad, sad, happy. I feel I will use this technique a lot from now on. I cannot wait to listen to this again tomorrow. I bought the full length version. Well worth it. I cannot recommend this enough.
