I love Missguided so having the app meaning you can easily search and wish list items you want should be great. Except, despite using the same amount, the wish list items I have on the app and the wish list items I have when I log in online are not synced up at all. At one point the app completely deleted the wish list I had on there & emptied my bag (pls why I was trying to give u my money). When you’re viewing the items on the app you can’t see the catwalk videos or the reviews which are always major deciding factors when choosing to purchase. Basically this app is useful for a quick search but could be SO MUCH BETTER if it had the same features as the online site and the wish lists were synced (and didn’t delete themselves). I LOVE Missguided but this app is a let down.
Order failures and no notice from missguided
I purchased an item online with next day delivery, the item didn't arrive and when I looked into it, it appeared on my account as a refund. I contacted customer services to find out what happened and was told there was a system fault and to reorder. Which I did, I got the item purchase confirmation and a second email that told me the item was refunded. Again I enquired and was told the system doesn't update very fast and therefore the item was out of stock!!
There was no offer of assistance at all and lack of care with the response.
I've reordered but not holding much hope on this one! My bet is one item will turn up and the other will be cancelled without notice.
