What's New in Version 9.4.3
This build displays better error messages if there was a problem logging in, rather than just telling you to check your internet connection.
Unreliable with Chromecast and AirPlay.
With most streaming apps that I use, I find that if it supports Chromecast, playing in the background is more reliable than AirPlay. This is not the case with Mixcloud. If I start playing a mix in the background, I find that interface on my iPad has lost contact with the Chromecast and it is then necessary to kill the app and restart it (this suggests that iOS has killed the app). Then I have to search for where I was listening. It is best to live with this but then you lose the track listings.
Things can be worse with AirPlay. If I try to reconnect with my Apple TV I have reboot the device before I can reconnect.
Such a Good Music, Fantastic I Love it.
People tend to focus on app functionality highligting interface issues.
While those concerns are real and the app neeeds to get some polishing along the lines of search functionality now is getting better.
BUT the real value of this platform is the Music and the hard work of the DJ's behind it.
And is Such a Good Music, Fantastic! I Love it.
Sound is brilliant.
Bug glitch on this version
This current update has a strange glitch where when it reaches the end of a data packet whilst listening to a cast the sound cuts out to silent on the mobile app over wifi on OS X and the only way to fix it seems to be to log out and back in again. Being that the data packet averages every ten to fifteen minutes this can get very frustrating. Sort it out please. Generally a great app for long term users otherwise. Thanks.
