Nemo Mobile Guest Services is a branded hotel application which provides various guest services for the hotel guests during their stay, before arrival and after check-out.
This application allows users:
- Obtain up-to date information about the hotel and services, rooms, activities, menus, prices and more
- Check the TV channels and control in-room hotel TV eliminating need for TV remote control
- Check the movies provided by the hotel with trailers and language options and control during watching on the hotel TV
- Tune in to a radio channel of choice from the online radio list provided by the hotel
- Check various local facilities like restaurants, shopping, city attractions and transportation on the maps
- Check weather forecasts and online news
- Give orders for in-room dinning or amenities service
- Shop online from hotel gift shop
- Send reservation/booking requests for SPA, restaurants, promotions, kids club, tours, local attractions and more
- View bill and send quick check-out request
- Set wake-up alarm
- Control in-room lights, climate and even curtains
- View door camera
- Set "Do Not Disturb" and "Make Up Room"
- See hotel messages sent during guest stay and receive promotion messages even after check out
