Still waiting for money they owe 2 months on!
I’ve had nothing but hassle wish I’d not bothered at all now,
I’m ill anyway and this has just increased stress for me,
They have recieved items and are happy with them they tried sending money but admittedly one of digits was wrong,
Then they tried two more times and still hasn’t worked they didn’t seem too bothered and said they couldn’t pay me via cheque or PayPal,
I then realised that they were based in Germany so they need to send me money to different details for international payments,
And there wasn’t the right space on account to add it as it’s different to standard sort and account number.
So emailed it to them,
The last I heard was 8 days ago when they said to expect payment within a few days I’m still waiting,
I’ve never ever had a problem with anyone paying me to my bank before I might add.
Plus I really get the impression from them that they are hoping I’ll just give up and forget it that’s the impression I have from the service and emails I’ve had.
But I’m not going to give up I’ll keep emailing them till I get what they owe me or will take other action if I can.
But I would just advice to not bother,
If they pay me I’ll adjust my review so it’s truthful and update it accordingly.
Very wary of this company
So I had a similar problem as others have mentioned: scanned 10 items at 13p each and then no more would scan. Assumed that it was a glitch, but managed to find a way around it, scanned all my items, packaged them up all ready to send etc. I then tried logging back into the site but couldn't, tried to reset my password (3/4 times) but received no email reset, tried contacting them... No response! I'm now wondering if I've been locked out of the site.
I'm now very wary of sending my items especially as another reviewer has mentioned that the company claimed they didn't receive their items. If I hear from the company and all works out then will happily edit my review, but until I have some communication from them, I'm not sending them anything!
Four stars but not five
Just sent my first batch of books to this company. One book which the app accepted was in the box but has not been accepted by them. It still says “in examination” for that item. So they haven’t paid for it. However their email tells me that an item I’ve never heard of was not sent. Very odd.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
