This bank is scam
The bank closed my account, and told me the funds in my account will refund in 28day, but they never did. After 28 days when I contact them, they said they need to get a “response” from their transfer department, which will take 15 days. This is ridiculous, 15 days to get a response only? And don’t know how long for wait the money bank afterwards. Never get this bank, they just want to take your money and give multiple reasons to keep it. Customer service only give you one answer:” madam, there is nothing I can do”
I never had other answers since I called them.
Illogical account suspension
First everything fine and suddenly they closed my account allegedly because visa problems in the country. They aren’t even informed about local regulations.
Second, the money left in my account is still blocked. No one in the service can give me the info about how much time it will take to transfer the money left.

Their customer service is second to none.
I don’t have any complaints, aside from the fact the App still doesn’t have compatibility with the iPhone X Screen.
As an App I use all the time, I’d like it to be optimised for the best iOS device, especially as it’s been around 6 months since the phones been released. No excuse.
