Already life changing in two weeks

I have suffered from anxiety for many years and have found that within only two weeks Moodnotes has already helped me to change the way I look at the world.

It helps you to understand which emotions you're actually experiencing; very helpful if you've been raised to block out negative emotions & then provides a list of 14 'thought traps' which can cloud your view of situations & for me used to lead to a snowball effect of more anxious thoughts. Thanks to Moodnotes, many situations I previously struggled with are already no longer difficult for me. I have slept better in the last two weeks than any time in the last two years. // Update: after several months of using Moodnotes daily I decided to try not using it for a few weeks. My anxiety has increased again & my thoughts are muddled / fearful etc. Experiment over, I'm starting to use it again as of today, it really does make a difference.

Courage to Heal

Could you find Courage, Motivation and Endurance to Heal through such as Temporal Lobe Epilepsy that others can mistake as you behaving badly when you have a fit?! Can you move forward in your own support for the better and rest?

I ask these things as with a history of being pulled down Mentally and Physically all my child hood, only to have my life changed loosing my memory from 2000 before, getting TLE with memory loss, behaviour issues due to it's medicine, musculoskeletal disorder and other things... I ask you these things to just say that you can Heal from anything by simply saying, yes, ok, I accept, I will, it's not me after all etc.

This app is helping me as I suffer with memory and mental health issues, over analysing and thinking too much about things that cause me anxiety and emotional problems; I am now learning that I actually don't feel and think as bad all the time as I thought I did.

I recommend this App to you who can think, can feel, can stand, cook and clean. Oh and if you can make a cup of tea or coffee, you will be alright and, your more better than you probably feel. I'll take care if you do.

Well worth the money

I don't usually buy apps, but I got a voucher for xmas and thought why not? It took a week or so for me to get into the rhythm of using it and for it to get enough data to do reports, but it was worth the wait. It is perfect for everyone who wants to learn more about themselves or those who want to be happier or more in touch with their emotions. Within 2 weeks my friends and family noted a noticeable difference in my mood - I am so much happier! The app forces you to think about why you feel a certain way and guides you to a better way of thinking. I never thought I would feel like this again, it's simply magical :)
