Use this everyday

I use this app as a carry on from my CBT sessions as you are only allowed 12 of these at a time on the NHS and have to wait about 22 weeks from the point you actually request them! This app is literally my life saver, without it my mood and anxiety would have got out of control. I feel it puts things into perspective and makes you think about your situation in a different way. I highly recommend this.

The full package

Very impressed with the education , tools to record your day , links to videos ( including some of my favourite ted talks).
Was looking for an app to recommend my clients use to record thoughts , so glad I have found this one , it provides so much in one place , well done.

Well thought out aid for low mood

I just got the app so haven't used it yet for when I'm depressed but it is well thought out with information on depression, a test, helpful videos including TED talks, activities to help combat depression and a safety plan which you make that you can turn to when you feel low. One suggestion - add music, like happy favourites - definitely helps when you're down. Will re-review when I've properly used it. Thanks, Eddie Liu
