Not happy about new changes
I used to love the Morrison’s app for home delivery, and have used it for for about 3-4 years - up until a month ago.
The app no longer delivers to our postcode area as our nearest store has taken over deliveries - which is all well and good, if they have the products I want. But they don’t!
I’ve had to re-register twice now and still, the website wouldn’t re-register me, so I’ve had to use a different email address instead. I have to use the website now, instead of the app. I’ve been told that head office would contact me about using the app again. It’s been almost a month and heard nothing so far!
I’ve lost my list of favourites and thing I usually order - which I rely on so don’t forget anything.
I used Morrison’s for delivery because it was quick and easy with no hassle, but until it changes back - I’ll be be using another supermarket instead.
Been working fine for ages but the last week or so I’ve been getting the same green screen someone else mentions. It seems to be a “notifications” question as I’ve tapped the right button and got a garbled pop up. However if you tap the left button then it clears the green screen and you can go about your shopping as usual. Obviously there’s a glitch but a workaround is possible. The app usually works wells and I’m glad you’ve kept the “same brand” option that ocado has removed. Would be nice to have better offers though as they’re usually the same.
I shopped online with Morrisons for years now & build up a large favourite list, after uploading the new app I lost all my data & it said no longer delivered in my area! After a few phone calls with no luck, I discovered that if you google Morrisons you can do a shop that way but has no history, so I don’t think I will continue to shop online with them, will find a more reliable online shop supermarket, very disappointed as I relied on my favourite list so much & I always though Morrisons was easy to use & reliable, what’s happened Morrisons! Also e-mailed then to say what had happen but still waiting for a reply!
