Updates to provide support from 2021 onwards. Fixed issue with results not always appearing when searching for requirements.
Ratings and Reviews
Not great
I can rarely log in to the app, despite deleting it and reinstalling a few times.
Once it’s logged in it’s useful to see training compliance dates, documents etc.
The website version just as problematic and you need a code from your phone to log in.
NP need to sort it out. Given feedback past few years and nothing as usual with that office.
Needs major updates and fixing
The app does not work as it should: does not allow you to book shifts, bugged up when gives you total Hospital mileages, and it also bugs when you scroll down whenever you try to use it. Seriously, fix it or throw it.
Useless
This app is so frustrating: never works to search anything, takes ages to search for shifts, never loads anything, only task u can complete on is sign the timesheet, anything else is broken. Doesn't even deserve 1 star
