Description

The app for those who are serious about learning and practicing sight reading!

This app is designed to mimic the look and style of real sheet music. This is important when you transition between this app and your music as it will be a natural transition. Another important feature of this app is to read from left to right while having multiple notes on the staff at the same time as it would be with real music. This app does that in the most efficient way possible for the limited screen.

Features
- Simple interface that will allow you to naturally transition from app to sheet music
- Progressive lessons for both treble and bass
- Real piano sounds
- Optional visual aids with hints when you are stuck and note values on the keys
- Practice treble or bass

Don't use flashcards to learn to read music when you can learn it the right way.

There are many features planned. Please contact us with any feedback you may have.

For people who can't sight read

Marikit2410

Love the app, came back to playing piano after a few years of life got in the way and playing this game a few times a day during breaks at work has really helped me speed up my sight reading times. Still got a long way to go, but it's so much easier to play with this app on the go rather than waiting till I get home to my piano to practise! Well done!

Update: managed to sightread my entire way through the sheet music for Moonlight Sonata for the first time ever! Didn't expect to be able to do that so soon, will be trying my hand at other pieces too. I can't thank you enough :)

Brilliant note recognition/ sight reading tool that really works

This tiny iPhone app is an absolute gem. Learning piano as an adult, having learned the flute in childhood, I found the bass clef a nightmare. Just a few days of playing this game for odd moments during the day and I am already much faster both in game and when sight reading on the piano itself. I wish I had discovered this a year ago. Like flash cards, but better, because hearing the notes helps with your pitch too.

Love it! New favourite game!

Ok, so it's not exactly a game, but a fun, addictive, and helpful learning tool I'm using to get my sight reading sharpened up before I finally get stuck back into piano practice (my hands haven't forgotten what to do anywhere near as much as my brain's forgotten what to ask for).
I haven't tried other sight reading apps, but I'm perfectly happy with this one. Easy to chart progress against the clock, and easy to fit several practice runs into 5 minutes wherever I am. Great!
