New oven arrived to day and the crew were excellent, very pleasant and efficient, took old oven away installed new one checked everything was working and that it was earthed, this is the second item we brought from from this company the other being a television, the service from start to finish from ordering to installation is first class can’t praise this company highly enough I have and will continue to recommend to friends and family

And to your property are very polite very quick get the job done and leave just like that no problems no hassle it’s just done via professional excellent service. I downgrade the start by one because of the pressure selling tactics afterwards to buy their warranty I think I should let the customers make a decision about whether or not I want to over a time period instead of pressure on them for direct debit and bank details I don’t want their insurance bar they make you feel like you do and insist that you have it or call you every five minutes to get it 12 missed calls on my phone this morning from them. I like the fact that I can get nectar points with them
Crew men were excellent even thought my dishwasher was wrong
First of all my delivery was wrong the guys from the warehouse sent a wrong delivery which is the warehouses mistake not the guys who deliver it!
However the delivery guys Andy and Leon were really professional and polite as they kept the dishwasher in the right place and then when I checked the dishwasher called them up saying this is the wrong one they came back to check it , they took the dishwasher back and guaranteed I will get the right dishwasher tomorrow, I think the delivery men did there job absolutely well. The fact that they sent the wrong dishwasher doesn’t even bother me because the service or getting the item delivered early morning was great for me as it saves me the hassle of waiting for the item and getting all stressed on when my item will be delivered.
I give 4 stars purely on the way the item which wasn’t even mine was delivered and taken back
