Our new app also makes the most of your iPhone’s Quick Actions and 3D Touch features – giving you quicker access to your bills. Just press on the My BT app icon to head straight to your chosen page. This functionality is only available on the iPhone 6s or later models.

We’ve also made some general tweaks and enhancements to improve your experience.

When I want to check my service I have to put my phone number in??? After logging in??!

Links don’t work when going from app to info, eg to check if my broadband problem is fixed yet (had to use mobile network to log in, and then found « there is a problem » and I couldn’t do more than log into my account.

There are some ok features yes, but this is the dominant player in UK télécoms, their app is badly put together with the data it uses to give a poor overall experience, which has only made me feel more annoyed by their broadband with frequent buffering - the opposite experience to the adverts...

Good app but getting slower

Generally good but usage is much slower now. It shows more info but most is not very useful. I have SmartTalk and for some reason the app shows me these numbers before my landline. Speed test is harder to get to now but still useful every so often

Used to work

This app used to work fine but the latest update has crippled it. After installation it works once but fails to connect on all subsequent attempts. Have been in touch with BT but they have no suggestions. Online forums show this is a widespread problem so hopefully BT will manage to fix it or maybe revert to the previously functional app. Conclusion - avoid this app until the bugs are ironed out.
