This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
The new My Croydon app is a faster way to report issues to us using your iPhone.
It’s quick and free to download and is initially aimed at reporting a variety of local issues such as fly tipping, street cleaning, a defect on the highway or problems with trees.
All you need to do when you see a problem is:
Select a category (such as graffiti) and add any other relevant information you think we need to know
Take a photo of the problem
Add your location
Submit your report
If you don’t have a smartphone you can also report issues to us using our website at any time that suits you by visiting www.croydon.gov.uk.
Please get involved to help clean up your local area and by working together we can help to Keep Croydon Clean
What's New in Version 2.8
Enhancements and big fixes for iOS10 users.
Works well, but the map elements are clunky and often you can't accurately place the incident, I would suggest an update to allow users to add the address manually, this also enables people to report problems later in the day when not rushing off to work or wherever.
We want access to your phone
Bad enough you have to take a photo. Also wants access to your location. I know where I am. I know where the rubbish is. Give us the option to use the map manually or give an address. Took 3 days to report a dumped bed and in the end I email Croydon council because it was easier.
Crashes and poor map functionality
Regularly crashes when making reports and the map 'place the pin' functionality is terrible. Pits the wrong location on reports with no option to manually correct.
