Fun game

Positives
Firstly I enjoy playing the game. I find I get addicted for 1/2 weeks then leave it for a bit and come back and I love that there is always that option there. I like the way the games looks and the ability to design and customise the hospital. I like the little details (e.g. information about staff/patients, the cars near the maternity ward, the design of cures/medicinal plants etc.

Negatives
There aren’t any big negatives, just a few improvements I would like to see in the game:
- I love the ability to design the hospital but would love more design options (e.g. more outdoor/indoor furniture) I know there is a lot in the game already but I like to have a lot of choice. It would be good to be able to hang things on walls maybe or have carpets/rugs?
- I’d like a “try before you buy” type thing on wall/floor colours as you can barely tell what colour it is until you’ve bought it!
- I’d like to be able to visit my friends (and Dr Wise’s) maternity wards as I like gathering style tips from them.
- Vitamin D takes far too long to make and there are far too many patients that require it! I find myself dismissing 70% do patients because the require vitamin D and I have none. With it being so difficult to collect I find people don’t donate it either.

Just to sum it up I really enjoy the game and with a few minor adjustments it could be even better! :)

Patience? None? Forget it!

Played this game quite a few years ago and recently thought I’d try again. There is a difference in that players don’t actually play the game as such. They play against themselves. In order to get anywhere you need to use other players to get help in lots of areas. They don’t help! They may click on your ‘friend’ request but only to get your help! I’ve played for the past few month and helped many but in return I’ve had nothing! Helping, trading and decorating ups your own level in the game but it’s soul destroying when you help others and get nothing in return! Years ago players clicked on your fields to help grow medicinal plants, you’d hardly clicked help when you got it. Now, I’ve had weeks of NO help showing players don’t care! Time the powers that be took a hand. Coloured ‘help’ icons in the game don’t seem to work?

If you need a specific medicine you’ll be hard pushed to get it other than ‘make it’ which can take x7 hours, so if x2 are required for the VIP who lands by helicopter for a 3 hour visit, well you’ve lost before the rotor even stops! What’s the point there?

Noticeably if you want to help the worldwide needy, you’ll find your hospital then needs exactly the same items Worldwide needs, yes kill your own or help Worldwide. Of course it’s meant to be a fun game..... I think!?

Someone was ripping me off

I was enjoying the game until a bug caused someone else to play my hospital, spending coins and diamonds, expanding in areas I did not want expansion at that time and changing hospital name. Reported it to customer services. After several messages, pictures etc i deleted the game and got a new id when I reinstalled. I was able to select progress from previous game without the id changing and customer services located and rectified the bug. They gave me some compensation for the problems encountered and now the game is playing well.

Only ‘fault’ now is the big jump in cost of machines for laboratory. Since coins gained from curing patients is quite low it takes a long time to get the amount needed to buy new machines. I don’t usually mind paying for some diamonds but after encountering that bug I have decided that I will not be doing that again with this game, so I just keep changing my strategy to build up coins, watch as many videos as possible to get diamonds etc. progress has slowed but at least its now my game.
