MLP also allows the user to see what other health services such as hospital, dentists and opticians are in the available within their location such.

Just needs some tweaks
As a pharmacist who uses this system, I feel a few changes are needed to improve the experience for both the pharmacy and patient. When ordering the medication a “collection” or “delivery” button would be useful.
From a pharmacy side of things, being able to manage the alerts would be helpful. The new request and new registration alerts are absolutely necessary but the alerts after that are not needed and become annoying.
Overall a good app but these changes would be welcome.
Nice idea, poorly executed
I installed this app on my iPhone 4S having seen a leaflet in my local Lloyds Pharmacy. I have a regular prescription and am set up with the pharmacy and GP electronic prescriptions so I figured this would just work.
Having gone through the sign up process I found I was unable to set my doctors. When you use the built in search function to find your GP, it crashes as it begins to do search as you type. Even if you wait five minutes the app just crashes. Clearly the issue is a poorly design 'search as you type' mechanism.
Despite having signed up a week ago, it still states I am 'waiting for pharmacy approval'. This may be an issue with my particular branch but it also means there is no follow up from the developer to get things set up with branches.
The interface is a bit poor with the OK button for PIN entry being in an odd place.
In summary this app doesn't work, is clunky and is not worth your time. It just feels like it hasn't been integrated fully with Lloyds Pharmacy properly. There seems to be no way to report issues except going to the pharmacy who don't have a clue regarding technical issues.
I will re-review if I can get this to work.
Not worth anything
Whatever was paid to the developer for this rubbish was too much.
Signed in as instructed and it never brought forward my repeat prescription. Was then told to delete the app and start again. On starting again in now wants my details again and when given these details it says someone with these details is already registered and refuses to go any further. Who the hell tested this excuse of an app? Sack them.
