Click ‘Forgotten sign in details’ or click for help at any time in the My O2 app.

Well done O2 you've done it again! Perfection! Love the new itemised bill views, integrated contacts and pervious bills are very useful! Only thing I can think of to add at present is the ability to manage your bolt-ons.
I am fully aware this takes time as I am also an iOS developer and I know that simple things can take a lot of time to integrate. Looking forward to O2 Wifi integration coming soon as well!
Very good app
The app is very good and works well and is fairly fast. It's easy to navigate and fulfils its purpose well. It could be better if it told you how may minutes and texts you had used even if you are on an unlimited tariff and if you could see your previous usage from the past months. Other than that it's brilliant. :)
So to find out how much data I have left, I can no longer load up the, previously easy to use, app.
It show my unlimited texts and minutes wheels (pointless as they are unlimited), no sign of the (actually useful) data wheel. There's no data category altogether actually. To find out how much I had left I had to log in on the reside through safari, and click through a few pages to find it.
Hardly convenient. Why fix something that isn't broken?
