We want to help keep your information as secure as possible so we’ve added PIN, fingerprint and Face ID to the app. We’ve also fixed an issue affecting a minority of customers where the app was logging itself out automatically.

Could be better
Compared to its competitors it's a little behind. The user interface is good but it would be much better if you could see a breakdown of your bill in a PDF format. Also maybe a settings page where you can lock the app with Touch ID?
Overall the app is good but can definitely enhance the user experience with very subtle but welcome changes and additions.
Also it only shows you what your package has. Not what it could have! For a company that is leading the broadband industry in the UK they take forever to update their services. Really shocking that they've only now released an app. They seriously need to hire some decent app Developers and up their game!!

Amending my past review as I see they have addressed some of my main criticism and you can now sign in easier with the iCloud Keychain auto-filling of passwords:) thanks for the update!
Nicely designed intro pages with a nice animation - clearly a lot of design effort has gone into it. However when you hit sign in it doesn’t support iCloud Keychain autofilling of passwords - a very basic feature. Please focus on functionality and ux, not just app aesthetic.

An app like this from a company like virgin is honestly mind boggling, if I were virgin I wouldn’t even bother releasing this app as it serves no real use due to lack of features.
Pretty much the only thing you can do on the app is check how much your last bill was - can’t even see a breakdown.
Viewing your package only shows what you currently have, where it could also show upgrade/downgrade options instead of having to do that online, along with showing your contract start/end date!
Make issues in your area come through as a push notification, saves so much more time and probably money.
I could go in forever with what could be added to this app to make it better but I think we all get the gist by now!
Oh and please please please update the app to support the X, pretty much every app has been updated since November!
