Allowance usage details for bill pay customers is not real-time. Check the summary time stamp to see the latest date that information is available for your account

Useful for me


Although I agree it has limitations, I find this to be a really useful application for monitoring the usage of my mobile broadband, and for topping it up. Also, when I have struggled with the functionality of it (which may be down to me) the online chat help has sorted out the issues very effectively.

Not up to date information


I can’t get up to date usage on data. The home page is difficult to personalize.

No good for business customers


Handy app if you're a personal customer (which probably accounts for most of Vodafone's customers) but not so useful if you've a business account. In fact it's downright unhelpful if you've a business account. As an SME I have a number of employees (plus my other directors) who have mobiles billed through the business, however, having downloaded the app (so have they) I can only see usage stats on my phone for my phone; I can't see usage stats for other phones on the account. What's worse is users of those other phones can't see their usage stats at all as their not the "key account holder". Vodafone need to expand the capability of this app.
