Things to remember:
• You must be a Vodafone UK customer to use the app
• If you’re new to Vodafone or have recently upgraded, your account information won’t be available until after your first bill
• The My Vodafone app is free, but any data you use to access the Wi-Fi finder or other functions will be taken from your monthly allowance or credit
• If you use the app abroad, you’ll pay our standard international charges
• My Vodafone app isn’t currently available for Business customers

In this version of the app we've updated the experience for iPad users so you can now access a broader range of app features such as viewing your bill, changing your price plan and upgrading through the app. We've also made some changes to our Pay As You Go experience, to make the PayPal top up journeys easier.

My wife and I have been with Vodafone for many years, when our present contract ends we will definitely leave. The customer services are a joke, it usually takes an age to talk to someone and they play the same dreadful music that is on one continuous loop. When you do finally get to speak to someone you can guarantee that you will be placed on hold several times (at least) and you've guessed it... the same awful music. What happened to airport/lift music. No offence intended, but it quite difficult to always understand the advisors. They either talk too fast, or, broken English. The eventual price that you pay is never what you expected, and, don't believe them when they tell you that any discrepancies will be adjusted on your next bill!
I made the mistake of having Vodafone broadband, the signal strength was that poor even in our small house that I had to purchase a signal booster. It was a marathon getting Vodafone to honour their last deal with me, but I persisted and (eventually) received the iPhone 6 that they promised me. What I didn't realise was that it was a 16gb!

Feedback about my phone & it’s service
I’ve been a customer since March 2017 & I’ve had a life changing experience due to ill health and operations which left me with being paralysed from the hips downwards & also had a triple bypass for my heart & a spinal operation for cancer, so most of my time im bed bound & my phone is my lifeline & I’ve told this to vodafone customer service numerous times & they tried 3 to 4 times to ask me to put codes in & also reset my network settings & im still having problems wer my phone is engaged but I’m not on phone or online someone could be next to me & try ringing me & it clearly is on speaker with the engaged tone & i don’t get many people ringing me except loved ones close family members & sometimes they get worried when they can’t get through my phone is in immaculate condition but i want it changed because I’m home alone & i would really be happy if you could understand my concerns & replace my phone so i can be happy with your services again i do have a 24 months warranty but my phone is my lifeline in my poorly condition & would really appreciate if you could let someone who is highly ranked with Vodafone preferably a manager to hear my concerns & take immediate action to replace my phone & make me a happy vodafone customer again i hope to hear from you Asap thanks
Consistently poor service
I've been with Vodafone for over 10 years and the service has been consistently poor! Although there have been some improvements recently the bad treatment I have received over the years leaves a bitter taste! Most upsetting has been that Vodafone has, in the past, allowed me to exceed my useage for over a week before cutting off my phone without notifying me! Then charging me a bill of nearly £200 to reconnect my phone! (Take a look Vodafone, it's all in my phone records!!) This was verging on criminal behaviour, especially as at that time I had no way of knowing what my useage was! Now I have an app and can check useage and Vodafone even send a text to let me know I'm nearing my limit. But those two big bills from the past are still on my mind and I would like Vodafone to REFUND me for those bills as I believe it I was a victim of extortion. Until those bills are refunded I will continue to tell everyone of vodafones bad behaviour and bad service. I notice Vodafone has a large number of one star reviews, I'm presuming there are many customers as unhappy as myself. Surely Vodafone should take action to improve their service?!!
