One of my most used apps
I love this app because it means I can keep track of how much water I’m drinking without having to remember! It’s really easy to use and I love that you can customize your inputs as well as the range of drinks options that are available.
The only thing that I would like is if you could add on an amount that you consumed from the day before but forgot to track or if it was just past midnight but you hadn’t yet tracked everything from the previous day. Other than this (which is only an issue because of my forgetfulness!) I love this app and use it every day!
Great, a few tweaks could be made.
This is a great app, I have been using and keeping up by water balance since the third of march, notifications are very useful. Although it's fine, they could make a few tweaks. Sometimes on the watch app it does not update to your phone, I just recently got the new iPhone X and the screen size is a bit out and I would love for them to add Siri commands. What I mean by ‘Siri commands’ is being able to say “Hey Siri, add 100ml of water to my balance.” ETC... Other than those tweaks that could be made, I recommend it. It’s definitely worth buying.
It’s a motivator
Under medical instructions I have to drink 4 pints of water a day which often means drinking when I do not think to do it. This app is a great motivator - making a note of all fluid intakes is motivating and better still, it makes sure that you compensate with extra water if you drink something like alcohol which has a dehydrating effect. Most people do not drink enough water and this app encourages you to meet either the recommended target are the one you set for yourself with much greater ease. Recommended.
