Solid, but not special

Pros - fair price, very simple UI, lightweight and good international coverage

Cons - the ‘favourites don’t load on opening’ bug that everyone mentions. Only very simple search function, nothing by way of complex search/intelligent recommendations.

At £9.99 you’ll be more than satisfied with this if you already know the stations you want to visit regularly (although the favourites bug will get on your nerves everytime you open the app). If you want an app to guide you to stations you wouldn’t otherwise discover, you may want to look elsewhere.

Ok app

I have downloaded the free app, and so far it’s working very well, easy to use, the option : Favorites, works really well and it’s very useful. So, when I got the message from the developers saying upgrade to the Pro version as we need to develop new things and your money! , I decided to read the reviews below, on the app, where a the bug was repeatdly mention on Favorites . As it’s a cheap app, and a good service, so far, I thought that by now this issue would be sorted. IT ISN’T !! It’s ridiculous, I have paid to have the supposedly PRO service. I have the two apps, where the free option works really well with the favorite option and teh PRO doesn’t have the same features, ALTOUGH I HAVE PAID for. For the developers I leave you my message: I gave you the money you didn’t gave the service you only took the money without even carin of fixing the bugs that are being pointing out below by other users for quite sometime. That’s not correct as you should read teh reviews and improve the service, not asking for people to pay for a service that will be worst than the free option. It’s ridiculous. and If you don’t fix this in the next couple of days, I will ask for a refund and make a complaint.

Disappointing

This app has the potential to be really good but sadly it lacks in so many aspects. I paid for the pro version, and really wish that I had saved my money. For a start, when you launch the app you would think you'll be able to go to your favourite stations and select what you want to listen to. But no. The favourites list is blank. What you have to do is select all stations, and then go back to the favourites and then they will be visible. The app is also incredibly laggy. It's not my wi-Fi signal as I thought it was because it does it where ever I use my Mac. It will be fine for 15 or 20 minutes, and then the station will start buffering. And buffering. And buffering. And the only way to get it to work again is to completely close the app down, relaunch it and go through the whole rigmarole again. I have actually stopped using the app now because it's more hassle than it's worth and I now stream radio from my iPhone direct to my home pod rather than from my Mac.
