No way back to the library - resolved.

Update..new version released with iOS 11 support.
At last, the app works as expected.
Shame it took over a year to release an update, wonder how many digital subscribers lost during this time!

I’m a digital subscriber and there is currently a problem with this app that prevents you getting back to the library to read other issues.
Once you have downloaded and access an issue, you can’t get back to view another issue unless you reinstall the app each time.
Very annoying to have to do this, it used to work OK!

My daughter subscribed to the magazine in print edition last year as a gift for me. Suddenly the print edition has failed to arrive for the last two months even though the subscription is still active. I tried to download the digital version and it just takes me around in a constant loop asking for my email address which it does not recognise and password which it will not reset. I have had very little help from customer services. I will not be renewing my subscriptions

Great app. Awful customer service.

Longwayround

It has taken a year and ***weekly*** emails to National Geographic to get a fix for the bug that prevented users from accessing a new issue of the magazine. Finally this has been fixed, leaving users with an excellent app.

Five stars for the app. Minus a star for the customer service.
