How to Register
The NatWest Mobile Banking app is available to NatWest Personal and Business customers with Online Banking, who are over 11 and have a UK mobile number starting with 07.
Once you’ve downloaded the app registering is simple, all you need to hand is your Online Banking customer number, PIN and password to get access straight away.
Not registered for Online Banking or forgotten your customer number? Get a reminder or sign up at natwest.com/online.
Login using Touch ID if you have a compatible iPhone or iPad
Check your balances, transactions and transfer money between your NatWest accounts
Manage Direct Debits and standing orders
Transfer up to £250 to any UK account using a sort code and account number
Make bill payments by searching for approved utility and service providers when entering a payee name
Get Cash at any NatWest or Tesco cash machine using your app when you do not have your debit card
As a Personal Customer you can Pay Your Contacts who use the app or any mobile number which is registered for the Paym service
Use your Apple Watch to view the balance and recent transactions of your main account and Get Cash when you do not have your debit card
Apply for a credit card, loan, overdraft or savings account by visiting the Products tab
Share a confirmation after sending a payment or setting up a Standing Order
If you have registered for MyRewards (NatWest.com/MyRewards) you can check your pending and available Rewards balance.
Use Near Me to find your nearest cash machine or local branch.
Hide your balance, reorder your accounts or edit the names of your accounts to personalise your banking experience.
View your Customer Number – this is the number we use to identify you when you log in to Online Banking and for authentication when you call us.
Use 3D Touch to access features from your home screen on compatible phones.
Other things you need to know
Get Cash lets you take out up to £130 per day from our UK cash machines, when you have at least £10 available in your account. There is a maximum limit of two Get Cash withdrawals every 24 hours.
Pay Your Contacts allows you to pay anyone up to £250 who has this app or is registered for Paym using their UK mobile number. To use Pay Your Contacts customers must be over 16 and have available funds in their account, limits are independent of daily withdrawal and Get Cash limits.

Best user friendly Banking App
I have been using Nat Wests banking app since the very beginning, and I have watched it go from strength to strength. Lots of the things I have wanted or suggested are now possible.
I absolutely love the quick transfer ability from one NW ace to another! If I'm standing at the checkout & need to transfer funds to pay for my shopping the money is there immediately. I love being able to pay friends or my rent or just about anything straight away. The latest upgrade has added some great features. Being able to check both income and outgoing entries separately is a great feature.
Nat West's early adopter of the Apple Pay feature with fingerprint recognition makes contactless payments more secure. There is nothing I can fault - other than the inevitable system maintenance when it goes down over the weekend. You usually get notice before hand though.
Also have to mention the brilliant "emergency cash" feature which works a dream for those awful moments you realise your card is in your other jacket pocket!! This feature allows cash from cash point machine very cleverly & seamlessly.
A wonderful "can't live without" app! A must have!!!
I am not going to repeat all the praises for this app, I totally agree with all of them.
Just the one frustration for me...........
Making an 'international transfer'.
I have made a repayment every month, to my overseas account, for many many years, the amount varies, so I cannot set up an automatic payment.
I cannot do this on the app, have to leave the app, go a browser and to log in "on line" to do it.
The number of times I have delved into all the menus to find it!!
Have I missed something??
Once on line in a browser, its not a problem, just use the previous transaction and its is done in a minimum of key presses.
How many times do I forget this .............!!!
Oh well, log in again ........ how many key presses?
Customer number, pin, password .......
On my new iPad even putting pin and password you have to manually move the curser down to the next box - more key presses .........
I might as well just log in on line the first time ...... and forget using the app!!
The app being so simple just a finger to log in, and of course, I always go for that first!!
Is it possible to add 'international transfer' to the app please?
Business user - worth banking with Natwest just for this app!
I have 2 business accounts and have been forced to use this app now that they are stopping the business app which I liked very much. I read a lot of the reviews saying that people can't access multiple accounts, I have 2 linked business accounts and can access both of them just as I used to be able to with the business app so for me there are no problems with the switch. I like v much that can use Touch ID to log in with - saves a few extra seconds and is an improvement ✔️
Update: even better since the last update. Cannot rate highly enough. Worth banking with Natwest just for this app. Very well done!
