How to Register:
The NatWest Mobile Banking app is available to NatWest Personal and Business customers with Online Banking, who are over 11 and have a UK mobile number starting with 07.
Once you’ve downloaded the app registering is simple, all you need to hand is your Online Banking customer number, PIN and password to get access straight away.
Not registered for Online Banking or forgotten your customer number? Get a reminder or sign up at natwest.com/online.
Features:
Login using Touch ID if you have a compatible phone
Check your balances, transactions and transfer money between your NatWest accounts
Manage Direct Debits and standing orders
Transfer up to £250 to any UK account using a sort code and account number
Make bill payments by searching for approved utility and service providers when entering a payee name
Get Cash at any NatWest, RBS or Tesco cash machine using your app when you do not have your debit card
As a Personal Customer you can Pay Your Contacts who use the app or any mobile number which is registered for the Paym service
Use your Apple Watch to view the balance and recent transactions of your main account and Get Cash when you do not have your debit card
Apply for a credit card, loan, overdraft or savings account by visiting Our Products in the More Menu
If you have registered for MyRewards (NatWest.com/MyRewards) you can check your pending and available Rewards balance.
Use Near Me to find your nearest cash machine or local branch.
Edit the names of your accounts to personalise your banking experience.
View your Customer Number – this is the number we use to identify you when you log in to Online Banking and for authentication when you call us.
Use 3D Touch to access features from your home screen on compatible phones.
Other things you need to know:
Get Cash lets you take out up to £130 per day from our UK cash machines, when you have at least £10 available in your account. There is a maximum limit of two Get Cash withdrawals every 24 hours.
Pay Your Contacts allows you to pay anyone up to £250 who has this app or is registered for Paym using their UK mobile number. To use Pay Your Contacts customers must be over 16 and have available funds in their account, limits are independent of daily withdrawal and Get Cash limits.

Change to one of our Reward accounts directly from the app and earn 3% back in Rewards on household bills paid by Direct Debit.
iPad customers can now view their Customer Number as well as their pending and available Rewards balance.

Deleted the app as it becoming obsolete and time consuming +
So much improving the UID (user interface design) leaving the purpose uncompleted.
I need to see THE RELATIVE BALANCE AFTER EACH TRANSACTION.
1) Need to see the balance (in small print) next to every single past transaction.
2) In an account the UID top banner (account name/no.) is too big (half page) reducing the space really needed
3) The app seems getting stack for 4-5 sec every time i click somewhere and because there is not evidence (a rolling circle in the middle of the screen) ifs a network delay i must suppose is the app terribly slow.
4) because 3) i click few times on the screen to make it do something generating a back log of actions which generates errors.
5) i discovered that 3) is actually due to standard network communication with the bank, but because the app does not show this delay as ment to be, therefore 4) always happen making all sort of problems. VERY FRUSTRATING and easy to generate errors especially if during a payment.
6) Not enable to export transaction to file ie: to excel or CVS or TXT(notes), at the moment i am making the screen snapshot, re-VERY FRUSTRATING.
7) becoming pointless I still need my laptop and an internet connection and somewhere to seat (coffee shop (i have to pay for at least a coffe), also possible network hacking from a public hidden sniffer) to do a BASIC check of my account.
Very unimpressed!
The reason I downloaded the app was because I wanted to change a standing order without bothering with the card reader. I can never remember where the card reader is, so using an app made sense. To start with, the app doesn't allow me to change the amount of the standing order. I thought, OK, no worries, I'll cancel it and set up a fresh one. Cancelling it was very quick and simple. But when I tried to set up a new one, I was told I can't do it because they don't have my mobile phone number - the number I just gave them in order to set up the app. So although they've got my number, I have to give it again - online, using the card reader! Aaaagggghhhhh!!!!! Two stars, only because cancelling the standing order was easy. But two stars given very grudgingly. I hope using the app for other services works better!
Utterly useless if you have accounts not in your name
Disastrous! The new app works well ONLY if you have multiple accounts linked 'in your own name'. But if you also have one or more business accounts that are not necessarily in your own name you can't add them in order to view or manage them or get access to the payees already set up in those accounts. The old app (pre 15th August 2016) was excellent and although it lacked a few nice touches like finger print login and the ability to set up payees or payments, it was perfectly fine providing you had access to a PCs for initial setting up the afore mentioned tasks. This new app is a disaster and after several attempts to get tech support I did finally get an official answer - "you need to use a PC to access the other accounts" you have got to be kidding!?
This is a easy fix - it worked before, so please get it done!
