I have been using the app for several months now and have not experienced any problems, I know having read other reviews that there have been some issues. I can order my monthly coffee supply within minutes, the site also stores previous orders if you just want to order the same. It is easy to change your order and any delivery details and the app takes you through the order and payment process easily. Just remember to tick the box to say you have read the terms and conditions.
Good choice of coffees
Choice of coffee is great but the only negative I have is the postage charge. If Nespresso are going to limit the minimum order to 50 capsules then they should provide free postage. Many supermarkets are offering 'Nespresso Compatible' alternatives which aren't too dissimilar in taste and quality. And, as they are very slightly cheaper in price, they work out as a cheaper alternative as you don't have to pay postage. It certainly pushes the price up. Great coffee, Nespresso but rethink the postage and carriage cost. If you do, for me supermarket alternatives will be a thing of the past.
The app works ok but is not the most intuitive and to reiterate points made by other customers, accessing the recycling services is difficult. There is no option to request recycling services when placing repeat (previous orders) which is a pain and the user is tempted to drop out of the reorder process before confirming the purchase to select recycling options but this seems to reset the ordering process so a confusing and exasperating ordering loop is entered into! If wanting to simply re-order a previous order, the app works well and once any order is placed, the delivery process is incredibly quick and efficient.
