Used to work

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE netflix and I am forever watching stuff on here. But recently the app hasn't held any connection, takes forever to buffer, and just would generally load really slowly. Now it takes almost 5 minutes to LOAD the app, then when it is 'loaded' I am greeted by a grey screen. It has nothing on it, it's just plain and there is nothing I can do except close the app and open it again. Usually if it happens once or twice I wouldn't mind but I have noticed many people have reported faults with the app and I believe you should fix it before you begin to lose customers and viewers, because I know that I don't like having to wait five minutes for something that doesn't work to load...

Needs more up to date content

It's a good service but has a terrible selection of movies. Also the tv shows don't get updated anywhere near fast enough shows like suits, Brooklyn nine nine are missing whole seasons even though the episodes came out a long time ago. The Netflix exclusive content is awesome house of cards, Orange is the new black and macro polo are all good shows. Overall it's not really worth paying monthly for until it has better regular content which is updated more often.

Lack of subtitles.

1.) Lack of up to date content.
2.) New stuff isn't licensed long enough.
3.) Less than 35% of titles (tv and film) have subtitles included.

How is this possible? You say all subtitles (closed captions) are supplied by the contents creator.

This is a lie. Live chat representatives tell me (wrongly) that it's the producers of the contents fault, as they negotiate personally with Netflix and want more money for subtitles.

In America, netflix were sued, by the deaf association and now all content MUST have subtitles. Is that what it will take here for you to supply subtitles for all content without the lies?

People who are hard of hearing are being marginalised and are paying money to subscribe and can't watch 65% of your stuff.

Even new content doesn't have subs, some do, some don't. Even worse is the laxidazical attempt at subtitles anyway, the ones available are strewn with errors.

Absolutely pathetic in this day and age. SORT IT OUT
