The quality seems to be good but it’s seems to take a long time to parcel them up and send them whereas we are accustomed to having next day delivery in the uk it’s seems to take weeks just to dispatch the goods so would be Good if that was fixed but on the plus side when they return your money they are rapid. Today having waited weeks as this was the dispatch date today for my new delivery to be told they were all out of stock 9 items and again I could wait til they came back into stock , I’m not sure why you are advertising clothes for sale if you don’t actually have them in stock really disappointed now .im getting used to the way the company works and it’s all good really sizes are as it says no complaints from me

Sorry. Hundreds of new-trend products will be updated and will be sold every day. To keep up with the current trends, some out-of-stock items are on sale but they will arrive quite soon. Also, you can find the estimated restocked date and dispatched date on the product page.

If an item is out-of-stock, it will be labeled with "Expected dispatched in xxx bussiness days." on the product page. You can find it between the size and the Qty after you choose the size and color.

The delivery time depends on the countries and the shipping methods.

Layer company

I placed my order on 15th September and they promised the order will despatch before 25th September. And when I check the order status on 24th September, they change the shipping date to 5th October in the system!!!
I sent an email to complain right away and asked for cancelling the order and give me a refund. They begged me to wait patiently and give them some time and promised again that the order will despatch before 15th October. And yesterday, they sent a ridiculous email says that their logistics cost has increased and ask me to pay for an extra £8 to cover their cost otherwise they request to cancel my order. What the hell is this? They said “free shipping” on their website and now want me to cover their extra cost? So do I need to pay for the extra operational cost due to your salary raised? Do I get a refund if your purchasing price dropped? This company took my money for 30 days for their own operations and now they just want to return the money without penalty? Give me a reason why I should borrow you with my money for 30 days for no reasons?
Ridiculous company!

Worth the wait

I have received my fourth order from New Chic. It can be disheartening, after the excitement of choosing Items, to see that it will be a month before they will even be dispatched then you have to wait for the parcel to arrive. The items do arrive in dribs and drabs, and they do take a long time to get here BUT I have loved each and every item, they have been well worth the wait. Good quality, well made and arrive well packaged. I have seen no one else in the clothes I have bought so it makes me feel more individual. They suit quirky old me🤣. For the first time in decades I am enjoying buying clothes. I have even been approached by total strangers and complimented for my clothes. Thank you New Chic, keep up the good work.
